If you are looking for on demand, telephone-based support, we recommend you include a subscription to Vectorworks Service Select with your software order. However, if you've bought your software from us, and/or you've had training with us, we will do our best to help you. Do bear in mind that we are primarily a training organisation and have to make our training sessions our priority, but we are keen to give everyone the very best Vectorworks experience, so do drop us a line describing your problem. We provide best efforts, first line support.

We will also need full details of your current Vectorworks version, machine specification (operating system, RAM and processor).
If after talking to you we feel that your best route would be to invest in some training, we will advise you on the best route forward. If we find a problem with the software, we will do our best to get it resolved for you.
Support is provided on an as-is basis during office hours only from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Our support service is offered in addition to the services offered with a Vectorworks Service Select contract. We always recommend Vectorworks Service Select to our customers as it offers a broad range of extra tutorials (many written by us!), extra libraries of resources and it includes updates to any new software releases. It's the cheapest way to keep Vectorworks up to date.
